| In a clean, professionally-staged and presented event, Prof. Dr. Brinsley Samaroo launched his latest book "Adrian Cola Rienzi, The Life and Times of an Indo-Trinidadian Progressive" at the Naparima College Auditorium, on Saturday, May 14, at 5:00 pm. The event included an address by the mayor of San Fernando, and was ably hosted by the Naparima Association of Past Students, and their masters of ceremony. Standing on the ground of his own alma mater, Dr Samaroo himself delivered quietly passionate remarks about colonialism, unionism, and Rienzi's role in this context.
The book is published by Royards Publishing Company.
